Guys! I've got some news for
Buffalo swing dancers. A new
biweekly
Monday Swing Practice is in the works.
I found a great little
place
with a decent floor about 3 blocks from my new house! It's
small,
but should serve this small scene quite well (until we grow out
of
it). Once I have a date confirmed,
I'll announce the first practice
on
this list. Watch for it! This will be the only lindy venue
outside
of
the UB dances and I'll be trying to advertise it heavily. Please
let
me know if you'd like to help by distributing (or designing)
fliers,
helping set up, DJ, or bring snacks.
Nothing
going on in Buffalo this week, but there's plenty to do in
Rochester. Check it out below! Also, this is your last chance to head
down
to Asheville, NC for the NYE swing event "Lindy Focus". If you
decide
to go, I'll see you there!
