Rob will be providing a comprehensive Change Category list in the google docs folder so that we can scrutinize every aspect of the weekend. The end result of the meeting will be a new Timeline containing tasks for next year's workshop and a list of guidelines to follow in executing those tasks. I would also like to compose a vision statement which will be used to form a tagline about what Rhythm Shuffle means instead of just "A Lindy and Balboa Weekend (implied: of classes and dances)", as we used this year. So please give these issues some thought and I will release the change category list sometime before the meeting. Also note, we will review the survey results.
