Artvoice TV May 28th 2010 Artvoice showed up at our monthly Buffalo Hop dance in May and did a lot of filming. They put together a bunch of clips and dubbed in some great music. It's a very nice promotional video! Thanks Artvoice!
Mary Davis Show August 20th 2008 Zoë Lavatelli, David Trinh, and Robert Leach appeared on the Mary Davis Show to promote the Buffalo Hop Workshop in August 2008. Sorry the recording is very poor quality. I couldn't get the station in very well. It comes in better at about 6:13 into it.
Healthy Communities January 13th through mid-February 2009 Zoë Lavatelli and Robert Leach appeared on the Buffalo Wellness Institute's Healthy Communities television show on Government Access Channel 22 (on Time Warner Cable) to promote Lindy Fix. They filmed live footage at Lindy Fix on January 5th, 2009 and the in-studio portion on January 12th. The show aired starting January 13th through mid-February and will likely be re-aired in the future. A number of local dancers are seen dancing in the background and on-site interviews were conducted with Nathaniel Allen, Kate Dunning, and Venus and Mark Brighton. Buffalo News October 16th 1998 Arlette (Tucci) Kirk and Tracy Hogan are featured in an article about Lindy Hop in the Gusto section of the Buffalo News. This was during the swing resurgence in the late 90s.
Buffalo News April 11th 2008 Robert Leach and Arlette Kirk were depicted in the Gusto of the Buffalo News during their Lindy Hop and Balboa demo at the Kleinhan's Hall Mary Seaton Room Dance with the Jim Tudini Band. The demo depicted was on March 19th 2008.
Buffalo Spree October 2008 Robert Leach and Zoë Lavatelli are depicted on the last page of Buffalo Spree magazine dancing to Babík. I don't have a digital version of this picture yet.
